ABOUT TWFM
 a simple conviction:
there are people who want to grow in faith and purpose but can’t always find the space or structure to do it.
Some don’t fit neatly inside traditional church programs. Others are ready for more — more challenge, more clarity, more real growth. Many leaders want to see their people move forward but are stretched thin by the daily demands of ministry.
I saw it firsthand as a Senior Pastor. My days were full of meetings, ministries, care visits, and Sunday responsibilities — along with the constant cycle of communication breakdowns and conflict management. So much energy went into maintaining momentum that true development often had to wait.
In 2019, I published The Way Forward
a book about helping people connect in healthy faith community, live out their personal calling, and move forward through the forces that try to keep them stuck — sin, death, and the devil.
WHAT WE DO
 The Way Forward Ministry (TWFM) is a training ground for spiritual growth and leadership, helping people grow stronger who can lead others & multiply their impact.

Our sessions are live and interactive because growth happens best when people are engaged, asking questions, and taking real steps forward.
If the local pastor is the manger, often wearing the general manager hat too, TWFM supplies assistant coaching to start getting runs - points on the board.
We help people and leaders move from desire to growth and from intention to tangible change.
What began as a book became a calling.
Hi I'm JoshÂ
 I founded TWFM. I’ve spent more than 15 years in ministry — from collegiate and youth ministry to serving as Senior Pastor. I’ve seen both the challenges and the possibilities of developing people in real time. Thus Training Modules
During my IOP, I saw the benefit of a small group of people being present — sharing common challenges and supporting one another toward change. That experience reminded me that growth thrives where people are intentional, engaged, and accountable. Thus Focus Groups
Today, my calling is to teach, speak, and build systems that help people do just that — move forward in faith, leadership, and life. Thus Bible160 & Israel Trips
Now based in Arkansas, I continue to write, teach, and lead others into practical, transformative growth — including experiences in Israel where people can see and stand in the places where God’s story unfolded.
