The hope is to go 2-4 times per year depending on demand. The first trip will be early 2027.  

The Way Forward Ministries is partnering with Pilgrim Tours, a Christian tour operator that specializes in Holy Land / Bible Land itineraries. They provide the local guides, lodging, transportation, and expert handling of all the sites while I lead teaching, worship, and spiritual reflection.

Your registration covers round-trip flights (if booked through the group package), hotel lodging at comfortable 4-star or equivalent properties, most meals (typically breakfasts and dinners), professional guides, ground transportation, and admission fees for all scheduled sites. In addition, the trip includes group worship and teaching sessions with me so that every day connects the places we visit with God’s Word.

A portion of every registration supports the Pay It Forward program, helping others experience Bible160 and TWFM resources. This portion of your registration is tax deductible. You are always welcome to donate above which is 100% deductible making it possible for churches and groups to access the tools they need to multiply their potential.   

Yes—there are a few. Some lunches and occasional meals are not included in the group package. Gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff are usually added into your invoice in advance by Pilgrim Tours. You’ll also want to budget for personal expenses, optional excursions, souvenirs, and travel insurance, which we highly recommend.

Pilgrim Tours typically requires a $300 per person deposit (which includes a non-refundable service fee) to secure your spot. Because these trips fill up quickly and flight and hotel arrangements are best made early, we encourage you to register at least six months in advance. Booking early guarantees better rates, preferred rooming options, and ensures you won’t miss out

Safety is always a top priority. Pilgrim Tours works with experienced local guides who understand current conditions and adapt the itinerary as needed. Risky zones are avoided, and every effort is made to provide a safe and meaningful experience. You can travel with confidence knowing your journey is thoughtfully planned and carefully monitored.

Most trips run with a group of 15–26 people, which keeps the experience personal and interactive. A smaller group means more time with guides, greater opportunity to ask questions, and richer discussions during teaching sessions. You won’t feel like you’re lost in a crowd—this is a shared journey with a close-knit community.
